Mr. Sangy Vatsa is Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Comerica Bank. He is responsible for all of technology, information security, enterprise data office and technology risk at the Bank.

Mr. Vatsa joined Comerica from The American Express Company where he served as the Chief Information Officer for global customer service, credit, collections and payments issuance. He has more than 26 years of experience in information technology. Since joining American Express in 2006, he served in leadership roles for IT Strategy, Architecture and Innovation, Enterprise Shared Services and Delivery, Global Business Travel and Corporate Payments Digital Capabilities. Prior to American Express, he spent 13 years with Ford Motor Company.

Mr. Vatsa holds a master of business administration degree from Ross School of Business, University of Michigan, a master of computer and information systems degree and a bachelor of electronics and telecommunications engineering degree. He is active in the industry, both with technology companies and with non-profit companies’ boards.
