Darwin currently serves as a member of the congress created Science and Technology Advisory Board to the FBI. Prior to this position, Darwin served as a Special Advisor to the Director of the FBI and as part of that position, Darwin served as Chief Information Officer for the FBI. Previously, Darwin has held various executive positions including include Managing Director, Information and Communications Systems, worldwide, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints; Vice President, the Scott Paper Company; and Director of Information and Communication Systems Development and Operations, General Mills, Minneapolis, Minnesota. Darwin has been a long time member for the Society of Information Management holding many leadership roles including president of the society.
