Timothy Kasbe is Chief Information Officer for Sears Holdings Corporation. Sears Holdings was created in connection with the merger of Kmart Holding Corporation and Sears, Roebuck and Co., which was completed on March 24, 2005. The company generates approximately $47 billion in annual revenues and includes approximately 3,900 full-line and specialty retail stores, and related service businesses in the United States and Canada. Timothy brings to the company over 20 years of experience in global IT within the retail, banking and telecom industries, and he reports to the Sears Holdings Company Business Unit Board. Prior to Sears Holdings, Tim served as Chief Information Officer at Reliance Retail Ltd. (RRL), a subsidiary of Reliance Industries Ltd. RRL is a startup retail chain in India, that in the past two years has opened 978 stores and 79 distribution centers for 14 different formats including; supermarkets, specialty and convenience stores. Before joining RRL, he spent over 10 years at IBM holding many global leadership roles which involved leading the IBM PC Company reengineering initiative, the launch of ibm.com, the startup of B2B e-Commerce and working with retailers around the world. John P. Gillispie oversees Iowa state government's two key technology operations. As Executive Director of the Iowa Communications Network (ICN), Gillispie oversees management of a unique state-owned fiber optic network, through which Iowans access distance learning and training opportunities, government services, telemedicine, and telejustice via high-speed Internet and interactive videoconferencing. In fiscal year 2008, ICN customers benefitted from over 200,000 hours of videoconferencing. John also serves as the Chief Operating Officer for the Information Technology Enterprise of the Iowa Department of Administrative Services and as the designated Chief Information Officer for Iowa. John is currently the Past-President of the National Association of State Chief Information Officers (NASCIO), an organization of state chief information officers and information technology executives and managers from state governments across the United States and US territories.
