David is highly experienced in real estate operations and finance with over 20 years of overall Industry and technology experience. He has served for 5 Years as Chief Information Officer of the Americas and has over 17 years of real estate management experience. He also has 8 years of operations and systems consulting to the real estate industry with a client list that includes many of the industry's top players including Lend Lease, Prudential, Microsoft, Bank of America, KeyCorp, Citigroup, and top REITS.
