Brian Stewart is the Deputy CIO and Director of Business Transformation at the University of Alberta. His role is to provide strategic leadership, vision, and direction for the central IT department, Information Services, and Technology. Brian also directs the IST's project, change, and benefits realization capabilities, that drive enhanced performance and continuous operational improvement. Brian’s background is in strategic operational and technology management in the printing industry and higher education, and he has written and spoken widely on these topics. Michael Dellinger has over 25 years’ experience in effective Software and Information Technology Management. He currently serves as the Chief Information Officer for the City of Tulsa. During his time as CIO, he has successfully transformed the City’s Information Technology department to provide cost-effective and highly efficient technology services for all City departments. He championed the implementation of a formal IT Governance model which effectively eliminated technology silos and focused the City departments on identifying solutions that further the enterprise rather than just the individual departments.
