Phil Gilbert serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Technical Officer of Lombardi Software. He brings almost 20 years of experience in technology startups and six years in consulting and executive positions to the company. Previously, working with Trilogy group, Phil held several senior management positions including Global Client Partner for Lucent Technologies, and CTO of the Communications Business Unit. As a consultant with a British Telecom subsidiary in the UK, Phil developed and delivered an Internet standards-based document management system for a customer with locations throughout the UK and Europe. Phil was also one of the founders of a software company that offered knowledge management solutions for the legal industry with installations in four continents.
