Robert (Rob) Lux is the executive vice president and chief information officer– at Freddie Mac. He is a member of the company’s senior operating committee and reports to chief executive officer Donald Layton. Lux is responsible for the company’s Information Technology (IT) assets and services. In this capacity, he oversees end-to-end technology solutions that ensure delivery of strong operational platforms and integrated services throughout Freddie Mac’s businesses. Lux joined Freddie Mac as the company’s senior vice president and chief information officer in October 2010. Prior to coming to Freddie Mac, Lux was a Principal at Towers Watson, a leading global professional services company, where he was responsible for leading teams on three continents in the delivery of commercial risk modeling applications for the Insurance industry. Prior to that, Rob was Chief Architect for GMAC Financial Services and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for GMAC Residential Capital (GMAC RESCAP). While at GMAC Financial Services, he also held the position of Chief Data Architect and was a frequent speaker on Enterprise Data Management. Lux has also held IT leadership positions at EDS and Reuters. Lux has over 30 years experience in the IT industry and has over 10 years experience in the mortgage industry. He is a current member of the MBA's Residential Technology Steering Committee and earned the MBA's Certified Mortgage Technologist (CMT) designation. Lux earned an M.S. in Management of Technology from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Commerce and Engineering from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA. Jake Dominguez is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at FMC Technologies, Inc. and responsible for leading the company’s global IT organization. He has more than 30 years of engineering and information technology experience, with a diverse background in academia, semiconductor, computer services and manufacturing industries. Before joining FMC Technologies, Inc. in November 2015, Dominguez was the CIO and Corporate VP at AMD. Prior to AMD he was the executive leader of the Product Development and Engineering IT groups at HP. In addition to leading these groups, he supported HP’s enterprise data warehouse and eCommerce platforms. Prior to his leadership positions at HP, Dominguez spent more than six years at AMD, with roles ranging from senior automation engineer to senior manager of Personal Computing Services.
