Ron Lejcar is currently the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Ingredion [NYSE: INGR], a leading global ingredient provider to the food, beverage, brewing and pharmaceutical industries as well as numerous industrial sectors. As CIO, Mr. Lejcar is responsible for setting the IT strategy and delivering and supporting technology solutions on a global basis. This includes all aspects of technology from desktops through major enterprise systems, such as SAP. His organization is globally led and managed at a regional level to ensure alignment with the business structure. Since joining Ingredion in 2006 as CIO, Mr. Lejcar has built a global IT organization to meet the increasing IT demands for solutions that support the business’ aggressive growth strategy and help enable efficiency improvements throughout the operations. Daniela Crivianu Gaita was appointed Chief Information Officer in 2006. She joined SickKids in 1998 as a systems analyst and led the successful organization-wide implementation of the Picture Archiving and Communication System, used for computerizing, displaying, manipulating, transferring and archiving medical images. She then became a team leader and project manager and, in 2005, Director of Information Services. As CIO she leads the selection and implementation of innovative technologies in support of the SickKids strategic directions. She ensures participation in regional, provincial and national e-health initiatives, and leads the development and implementation of technologies, policies and procedures to support privacy legislation. A native of Romania, Daniela Crivianu Gaita was Head of the Computer Department at the County Hospital of Timisoara from June 1990 to December 1998, and was a system engineer at the Metallic Construction Enterprise in Bocsa, Romania. Throughout his career, Carlos Ramos has been a leader on many of California's key technology initiatives. He has served as Director of the Office of Systems Integration - with a $4.5 billion portfolio of California's largest technology projects. He also concurrently held the position of Assistant Secretary for Health and Human Services (HHS) and was the Agency's senior technology executive. Carlos was the principal technology advisor to the Secretary and was responsible for the entire HHS IT portfolio. He helped architect the consolidation of the state's largest data centers and the creation of California's Department of Technology Services. Carlos served as Director of the then Teale Data Center - one of the largest public-sector data centers in the world, with an annual budget of $200 million and over 200 government agency customers.
