Roger Kent Sr. Vice President & CFO, Allstate Technology & Strategic Ventures Roger joined Allstate in 2014 with over 30 years of experience leading a variety of financial functions in global financial service companies. He is accountable for global ATSV financial strategy and planning, accounting and reporting, and financial risk management. He works closely with the corporate and business unit finance organizations to optimize the return on technology investments. Before joining Allstate, Roger was SVP and Head of the Office of the CIO of TD Bank Group. He has also served as CFO of numerous business units at Citigroup, including Operations and Technology, Consumer Finance North America, and Marketing and New Product Development. Bob Baskerville Chief Information Officer, Scripps Networks Interactive Bob Baskerville was named the chief information officer for Scripps Networks Interactive in the fall of 2013, continuing his impressive tenure at the lifestyle media company. Reporting to executive vice president and chief technology officer, Mark Hale, Baskerville is responsible for overseeing all Digital Operations and Technology, from support and maintenance to solutions and innovation. Before transitioning into this new role, Baskerville served as the chief operating officer of Scripps Networks International, he oversaw day-to-day operations of Scripps Networks Interactive's growing international division which includes network operations and program syndication in Canada, Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa. In his previous position as president of Scripps Emerging Networks, Baskerville directed business strategy, content development and operations of DIY Network and Fine Living Network. Prior to that, he held the position of DIY Network president, where he took the home improvement network from a startup to one of the highest-rated digital networks in all of cable. Baskerville joined Scripps Networks in 1994 as the director of production for the launch of HGTV and then moved over to supervise production for Cinetel Studios. In 1996, he was named vice president of production with Cinetel Studios. He held that title until his appointment to senior vice president of Scripps Productions. Preceding his 23 years at Scripps Networks, Baskerville was director of production at E! Entertainment Television for six years and also worked in various programming and production capacities for Indiana news stations, WTHR-TV in Indianapolis and WTHI-TV in Terre Haute. Baskerville is active in the Knoxville community, sitting on the board of directors for the historic Tennessee Theatre and the Knoxville Bijou Theatre. He is also very involved with the Knoxville Youth Sports Organization. Baskerville is a member of CTAM (Cable Telecommunications Association for Marketers) and is a recent graduate of the CTAM U Program at the Harvard Business School. Less View all posts
