Bob Krestakos is chief information officer at Steelcase Inc., the global leader in the office furniture industry. Steelcase delivers a better work experience to its customers by providing products, services and insights into the ways people work. Its portfolio includes architecture, furniture and technology products. Named to this role in July 2007, Bob oversees all global Information Technology groups and services at Steelcase. Previously, Bob was vice president, Global Technology Infrastructure (appointed July 2005). In that role, he co-led global IT services at Steelcase, with responsibility for systems, networks and associated technical services for all of Steelcase, including North America, International and the Steelcase Design Partnership companies. Bob joined Steelcase in 1992 as a consulting and systems programmer, responsible for the design, implementation and support of the data communications network. Other roles he has held with the company are manager of Network Services (August – December 1997), overseeing the implementation and support of the voice and data communications infrastructure for Steelcase North America; director of the Business Technology Group, (December 1997 – October 2002), responsible for the design and implementation of the infrastructure systems of Steelcase North America; and director of Technical Services and Operations (October 2002 – July 2005), responsible for all aspects of Steelcase North America’s technology infrastructure, including the deployment, operation and support of the infrastructure’s hardware and software systems. Prior to joining Steelcase, Bob worked for Digital Equipment Corporation in New Hampshire from July 1984 to September 1992, where he was a principal software engineer. Randall N. (Randy) Spratt is Executive Vice President, Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Officer for McKesson Corporation. As CTO, Spratt guides the overall technology direction for the company’s healthcare technology products, and provide support and guidance for application development processes companywide. As CIO, Spratt is responsible for all technology initiatives within the Corporation. Spratt has been with McKesson for more than 18 years, most recently as chief process officer for McKesson Provider Technologies (MPT), the company's medical software and services division based in Alpharetta, Georgia. He also managed MPT's Business Development, Information Technology, and Strategic Planning offices, as well as MPT's Technology Services business. Prior to joining McKesson, Spratt held executive positions of increasing responsibility at the start-up Advanced Laboratory Systems (ALS), culminating with the role of Chief Operations Officer. ALS was acquired by HBOC in 1996, which in turn was acquired by McKesson in 1999, and Spratt took on responsibility for HBOC's laboratory systems business shortly thereafter.
