Since joining TTX as the VP IT and CIO in late 2006, Bruce led TTX through a six-year program to reengineer and refresh all aspects of Information Technology serving our business and its customers, while changing the culture and perception of IT. Leveraging this transformation, Bruce has continued to lead TTX through technology and business transformation; introducing mobile business services and analytics in both operational systems and systems of innovation that directly drive TTX’s strategic value to the rail industry. Prior to joining TTX, Bruce led the strategic development of computer systems for several of the businesses within Wachovia Investment Bank including their railroad fleet; and held various positions providing data science and analytics in the U.S. Air Force and the AAR. Shawn Banerji CIO Practice, Russell Reynolds Associates, Inc. Shawn is a member of the Information Officers (IOP) and FinTech Practices within the Global Technology Sector (GTS) at Russell Reynolds Associates. He is a trusted advisor to clients on the convergence of talent and technology across all facets of the enterprise. His efforts have resulted in the succession, selection and recruitment of functional IT practitioners as well as those leaders who reside at the intersection of business and technology. Industry coverage includes financial services, healthcare, academia, telecom/technology, retail/consumer, industrial/natural resources as well as media and Internet. Shawn also has extensive business process outsourcing, process improvement, SaaS and shared services experience. Clients include high growth as well as large corporations, along with extensive work for investors and their portfolio companies. More recently, Shawn has been involved in a variety of efforts to increase technology representation on Corporate Boards.
