Tata Motors’ unique CRM Program is used by 30000 users across 2300 dealer locations. CRM application feeds Siebel Analytics with extensive data which is leveraged by 10000 users. Apart from enabling the customer interactions at the dealerships, the CRM Program enables direct customer contact through portals, mobiles, sms and call center. Jagdish took over as CIO of Tata Motors from March 2009.
