Molly O’Neill was confirmed by the Senate as EPA’s chief information officer and assistant administrator for the Office of Environmental Information in December 2006. As EPA's CIO, she is a member of the Federal CIO Council, where she currently serves as the co-chair of the Architecture and Infrastructure Committee. Before joining the EPA, Molly was state director for the National Environmental Information Exchange at the Environmental Council of the States (ECOS) where she led the efforts of environmental department participants from every state. Molly also served as the executive coordinator of the Exchange Network. Wendy Bell is the Global Chief Information Officer for Fleet Services. Her IT team manages services in Australia, Canada, Europe, Japan, and the United States. Wendy began her career with GE in 1981 in the Information Management Leadership Program (IMLP). After two years as an IMLP, she went on to and graduated from the Financial Management Program (FMP). Wendy has held a variety of positions at GE, from Programmer to Black belt to CIO. GE businesses with whom she has worked include Appliances, Lighting, and Motors. She also led a 2 year initiative to put in a single source HR system throughout all of the Capital businesses worldwide. In 2001 she became CIO of Information Technology Services. Wendy moved to GE Fleet Services in Eden Prairie as Global CIO in 2003. In 2006, she was honored with the Corporate Award from the Twin Cities International Leadership Institute for work involving technology training for people in impoverished areas of South Africa. In 2007, Pat's IT organization was named the top innovator in the Energy and Utility sector and ranked in the top 10% on the InformationWeek 500 list of top business technology innovators. Pat has made significant energy efficiency improvements to the company's IT infrastructure and has been an advocate for development of energy efficient products within the high tech sector. Ashok brings over 20 years of strong technical experience to his position at 3PAR. Prior to helping found 3PAR in 1999, he was Chief Architect at Sun Microsystems, responsible for the system architecture for Sun's next-generation, extremely successful Enterprise 3000 to 6000 server family. As a Sun Distinguished Engineer, he designed and specified the system interface and cache coherence protocol for the UltraSPARC III processor. He was awarded the President's Award in 1996 for his contributions to Sun servers.
