Rowena Yeo serves as Chief Technology Officer & Vice President, Technology Services for Johnson & Johnson. Rowena joined Johnson & Johnson in June 2016 as Vice President, Information Technology, Pharmaceuticals Asia Pacific. In this role, she led the strategic direction and application of technology to support the business objectives for the Pharmaceuticals group in Asia Pacific. She joined Cargill, Inc. in 1994 as Asia Pacific Global Office Program Manager, and held various regional and global leadership roles of increasing responsibilities. Through her career at Cargill, she built and developed both the Global Business sector and Regional IT teams, developed business and IT strategies, implemented technology capabilities and built teams to enable Cargill’s growth. Rowena also led the Cargill teams through various IT transformations. Before Cargill, Inc., Rowena had a successful career with IBM Singapore. A native Singaporean, Rowena earned her Bachelor of Engineering Honors Degree from the National University of Singapore.
