Tracy Kerrins is the Chief Information Officer and head of Enterprise Functions Technology for Wells Fargo Technology, one of the world’s largest and most innovative information technology groups with more than 23,000 talented team members who help keep Wells Fargo at the forefront of America’s diversified financial services companies.

As the head of Enterprise Functions Technology, Tracy is responsible for providing solutions that support technology for Human Resources, Corporate Risk, Finance, Technology, Audit, Legal, Marketing, Stakeholder Relations, Data, and the Chief Operating Office. In addition, she is a member of the Wells Fargo India Private Limited board of directors. Tracy joined Wells Fargo in October 2019, from Antares Capital, where she was the Chief Operations and Technology Officer. Prior to that, Tracy served in a number of senior leadership roles over 15 years at Bank of America, including Global Wholesale Credit and Banking Technology Executive, Chief Operations Officer for Global Banking and Markets Technology, and Contact Center Technology Executive.

Tracy also has worked at Accenture and Price Waterhouse Coopers. Tracy is a passionate advocate of diversity and inclusion in the workplace, and for advancing women in technology. She has provided leadership to D&I and women in technology groups throughout her career. Tracy is co-chair of the Wells Fargo Technology Diversity and Inclusion Council and leads the women in technology advocacy group. In 2020, Tracy was recognized as one of the Women Worth Watching® in STEM by the Profiles in Diversity Journal.

Tracy earned a degree in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan. She is a finalist for the 2020 Charlotte CIO of the Year ORBIE award and was recognized by The Charlotte Business Journal as a “Top 40 Under 40” for being one of the Charlotte, N.C., region’s brightest and most talented up-and-coming business leaders. She also has been an Athena Leadership Award finalist. Tracy is married and has three children. She is based in Charlotte, N.C.
