Tom MacMillan serves as Senior Vice President & Chief Information Officer for the EmblemHealth family of companies. In this role, he is responsible for business transformation, including all areas of information technology and data and analytics across EmblemHealth as well as its portfolio companies ConnectiCare, AdvantageCare Physicians of NY, and WellSpark Health.
Tom’s experience spans a 20-year career of strategy, consulting, and delivery success in the payer and provider industries. Prior to joining EmblemHealth, Tom was a Director at Northwell Health responsible for leading the provider organization’s journey through IT-led transformation. In addition, he has held various roles in US and international consulting organizations focused on both payer and provider industries. He is a graduate of James Madison University and is based in the New York City Metro region.
