Steve is a Senior Analyst in IDC's Network and Service Management program focusing on research and analysis of the enterprise and service provider network management markets and the impact of these technologies on IT organizations. Prior to IDC, Steve was a Research Director covering storage management at Hurwitz Group. Steve also held senior positions in research, product marketing, and consulting with leading organization including Inteq, Gartner, Forrester, and Insat Group in the IT infrastructure and management discipline.
