Srinivasan aka Srini manages Hexaware’s Application Transformation Management (ATM) business, our oldest and single largest revenue generating service line and Global Delivery for Healthcare & Insurance vertical. He has over 25 years of rich and varied experience in providing solutions using emerging technologies and across industry segments such as Healthcare, Insurance & Life Sciences, BFS, Capital Markets, Higher Education and Retail.
He comes with a remarkable acumen of technical, operational, business management skills and has an extensive experience in running complex businesses, technological transformation programs and delivering business outcomes to customers. In his current role, he is entrusted to further scale our ATM business, build new competencies, service offerings, introduce and institutionalize automation in ASM services, create platforms, build practice & solutions with renewed focus, on enhancing the ATM value chain.
In his capacity as Global Delivery for H&I customers, he is responsible for enhancing customer experience through delivery excellence, employee engagement and the growth of this vertical. He has been with Hexaware for over 18 years. Prior to joining Hexaware, Srini has held key positions in iSoft PLC and Ramco Systems.
