Sireesha Mandava is the CIO at GreenPath Financial Wellness, a national nonprofit focused on helping people lead financially healthy lives. Sireesha is passionate about using technology for business innovation and actively utilizes her over two decades of experience, energy and enthusiasm to bring new solutions to hard problems. At GreenPath, she is leading business transformation efforts using technology to improve client, partner and employee experience. Prior to GreenPath, Sireesha was an ‘intra-preneur’ who founded and grew a software start-up within an international company she was managing IT for. Sireesha holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, and a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from BITS, India. Outside of work, she and her husband run a nonprofit to serve underprivileged children in India. In the local Michigan community, she mentors young technology professionals as well as high school students for college prep and career choices.
