Simon is responsible for driving an IT Strategy which supports the growth and acquisition objectives of the group whilst ensuring that the cost of IT becomes fully visible and controlled. In order to implement common standards and provide the geographic reach and flexibility that the business requires, a number of key vendor agreements have been created for the procurement of IT services, solutions and infrastructure and the competence of the IT Organization is being shifted from "delivery of IT" to "management of IT delivery".
