Shawn Evans was named Vice President of Performance Excellence for the UCHealth System in August 2013 after serving as Vice President for Organizational Development for UCHealth, as well as other Performance Excellence and organizational development roles for the previous five years.
Mr. Evans’ responsibilities include promoting an integrated approach to achieving the highest levels of performance outcomes, as well as providing the ultimate value to our patients, families and communities while ensuring processes and systems are robust and viable enough the help meet the highest standards.
Prior to joining UCHealth Mr. Evans started a small company that provided Performance Excellence and organizational development services to organizations throughout the world. This small company quickly grew to serve clients throughout the world. Mr. Evans hold a PhD in organizational performance and innovation and he continues to speak, coach and facilitate organizational leadership, innovation and change for organizations across the nation.
Mr. Evans and his wife reside in Fort Collins, CO with their two boys.
