Roger joined Allstate in 2014 with over 30 years of experience leading a variety of financial functions in global financial service companies. He is accountable for global ATSV financial strategy and planning, accounting and reporting, and financial risk management. He works closely with the corporate and business unit finance organizations to optimize the return on technology investments.
Before joining Allstate, Roger was SVP and Head of the Office of the CIO of TD Bank Group.
He has also served as CFO of numerous business units at Citigroup, including Operations and Technology, Consumer Finance North America, and Marketing and New Product Development.
He holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Management from the Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
