Robin Arendt is chief information officer for Zurich North America Commercial and is responsible for end-to-end delivery of IT Services in North America. She also develops and maintains strong relationship with the Executive team, Global IT Management and internal and external business partners in order to identify emerging technology needs and effectively manage resource spend to deliver the right solutions to the business at the right time. Prior to joining Zurich in 2008, Ms. Arendt served as vice president for IT at Safeco Insurance.
