Rob is the Director of IT Sourcing America with Credit Suisse. He is responsible for the sourcing of all Software, Hardware, Market Data, Professional Services, Offshoring, and Outsourcing Governance. Prior to Credit Suisse, Rob worked for Merrill Lynch and has held several positions supporting the technology and business groups within the firm. He has led the Global Managed Desktop Services outsourcing program, where his mission was to perform a detailed evaluation of internal processes and TCO analysis of the firm's desktop support, which addressed 70,000 desktops in 37 countries. In the course of meeting all of his objectives, he negotiated and transitioned outsourcing contracts valued in excess of $300 Million. Prior to Merrill Lynch, Rob worked for Nomura Research Institute America for eight years and was responsible for capacity planning, and mainframe technology sourcing.
