Prior to his existing role, Robert was the Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President of Product and Technology with Vital Processing Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of Total Systems (NYSE: TSS) where his retooling of the IT organization resulting in the most reliable platforms in the payments industry. Robert was also involved with CitiStreet, a joint venture of CitiGroup and State Street Bank, in the benefits outsourcing industry. Robert has years of experience in large-scale, technology-intensive service businesses as well as complex technology environments. Robert started his career at Barnett Bank in their technology subsidiary where he held several key senior leadership positions.
