Richard also has taught masters and doctorate level courses in statistics and information systems at the University of Phoenix MBA and the University of Utah MPA programs Before merging with Accela, Richard was a co-founder and president of Kiva, a company specializing land management systems for government. He has also led a successful consulting practice specializing in information systems and government consulting.
