Peggy Chang Barber is the Americas CEO and General Counsel for The International Association for Contract and Commercial Management (IACCM), a non-profit that serves as the home for over 55,000 professionals across 175 countries and 20,000 corporations. Peggy is a passionate advocate for the importance of contracting to business success, having spent much of her career in strategic contracting - leading complex negotiations, managing teams of attorneys and contracting professionals, and driving global contracting simplification and analytics initiatives at Hewlett Packard. Peggy also served as lead commercial counsel when Hewlett Packard separated into 4 companies between 2014 and 2017 and created the contract separation strategy that enabled expedited execution. She enjoys working collaboratively to develop innovative solutions to complex challenges that drive contracting and commercial excellence. A member of the Texas and Washington DC Bar Associations, Peggy is based in Houston, Texas, and welcomes the opportunity to connect with others who are passionate about excellence, people, contracting and leading the way to the future.
