Nizar is experienced in developing business partnerships with leaders and executives, while driving employee engagement and building the corporate culture. Prior to joining Alhokair, he led HR functions focusing on developing and executing strategies in the areas of Succession Planning, Talent Management, Learning and Development, Workforce Planning, Diversity, Organizational Development and Rewards. Nizar is a Champion of Transformation projects with a great passion for building & improving people’s and organizational capabilities.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals in Saudi Arabia. Nizar is also a certified Targeted Selection Interviewer (STAR) and Thomas Personal Profile Analysis Practitioner.
