In the field of organizational trust, Michelle, who began work on the topic of trust in 1991, is considered a pioneer. She has a unique ability to keenly listen to and understand the needs of organizations, leaders and individuals and for applying trust-building principles to ensure they are met.
Together with her husband, Dennis S.
