Michael Dellinger has over 25 years’ experience in effective Software and Information Technology Management. He currently serves as the Chief Information Officer for the City of Tulsa. During his time as CIO, he has successfully transformed the City’s Information Technology department to provide cost-effective and highly efficient technology services for all City departments. He championed the implementation of a formal IT Governance model which effectively eliminated technology silos and focused the City departments on identifying solutions that further the enterprise rather than just the individual departments.
