Kevin joined IBM in 1974 as a systems engineer/salesman. He has held numerous customer-facing professional, management, and executive assignments responsible for IBM relationships and associated revenue with companies in Manufacturing, Distribution, Communications, Defense, Health Care, and other industries. In addition, he has held business planning executive positions in our Server Systems division, and Product Marketing Management in our Software division. Kevin helped launch new business lines for IBM and has worked extensively with IBM Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partners. Earlier in his career Kevin served a two year assignment in IBM CHQ running IBM WW Executive Development programs. Since March 2004 Kevin's responsibilities have been to lead a team of professionals driving a company-wide initiative working with faculty and administration at higher education institutions worldwide to increase the pipeline of skilled graduates. Our objective is to address the need for skills in response to the demand for Open Standards-based solutions in our multi-trillion dollar industry ecosystem.
