As chief human resources officer for SJI, Kathleen Larkin is charged with providing strategic HR leadership, using data to develop approaches that align key stakeholders, engaging teams, and driving execution of our strategy. Ms. Larkin joined SJI in 2020. Previously, she served as a senior vice president for CubeSmart. An accomplished human resources professional and business leader with nearly 30 years of experience. Ms. Larkin also previously held leadership roles at Korn Ferry, The Pew Charitable Trusts and CIGNA Corporation. An alumna of La Salle University's School of Business Administration, Ms. Larkin earned her undergraduate degree in accounting and management. She also holds an MBA from University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business.
