Ms. Hendrickson has been with Hogan Lovells since 2010. As the Chief Practice Support Officer, she manages all aspects of the litigation support life cycle. For the Hogan Lovells US entity, for the US, she has oversight of the following teams: Litigation Support, Paralegal, IP Patent Trademark, Docketing and NY Managing Clerk. Ms. Hendrickson works in conjunction with the Hogan Lovells Electronic Information Group, attorneys and clients, to develop effective strategies for managing their litigation through the efficient leveraging of in-house and external technology solutions and outside service providers.
Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Ms. Hendrickson was at Patterson, Belknap, Webb and Tyler, LLP where she was Manager of Practice Support Technology October from 2007 to November 2010, and directed and coordinated efforts with the IT department to establish and develop protocols for firm-wide support of the litigation teams. She also developed business initiatives and projections to manage a multi-million dollar budget with direct control of staffing, hardware and software purchases, handled firm training and CLE initiatives, and the negotiation of vendor contracts and management of complex international trial support needs.
From 2005 to 2007 Ms. Hendrickson was Regional Manager Litigation Technology (East Coast) at Morgan Lewis & Bockius, LLP, where she provided regional support within the Morgan Lewis Resources practice group; the Firm's 4th largest practice, including coordination with the IT department to establish litigation support protocol and preparing strategies for acquiring and implementing state of the art technologies firm-wide.
From 1989 to 2005, Ms. Hendrickson, worked as a Litigation Support Consultant in the Law Department of Consolidated Edison New York, Inc. where she was responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of litigation support for the legal department of ConEd, including budgets and strategic direction.
Prior to Consolidated Edison, from 1986 to 1988, Ms. Hedrickson was with Arthur Andersen & Company (Phoenix, AZ).
