Judy Toland is Chief Marketing Officer for Wells Fargo Commercial Distribution Finance. As a member of the business Senior Leadership Team, she is responsible for all marketing activities across a $46 B volume, inventory finance business, with 40,000 dealer and 2,000 manufacturer/distributor customers in over 60 countries. This role leads a global team responsible for all Product Marketing, New Product Introduction, Cross Sell, Salesforce Effectiveness (Commercial Excellence/CRM), and Customer Experience efforts and initiatives across six core industry segments. Prior to her current role, Judy was the Commercial Leader, Electronics and Appliances for GE Capital, Commercial Distribution Finance (CDF). This P&L leadership role was responsible for all aspects of locating/originating new, and retention of existing, vendors, dealers, and industry buying groups relationships in the electronics, appliances, and furniture industries (4,000+ dealers). In 2012, Judy was promoted to Customer Experience Leader for GE Capital, CDF. In this hybrid marketing and sales role, Judy was responsible for delivering best in class service at all CDF customer touch points. In Dec 2010, she was promoted to CDF Business Intelligence Director. In that role she was responsible for the development and execution of CDF’s digital, online data and analytics strategy, and delivering actionable performance, marketing, and industry insights to help CDF customers make faster, more informed decisions. Judy joined GE in June of 2007, as a Marketing Leader for the Diversified Products Group. Judy has a BS in Chemical Engineering from Northwestern University and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Michigan- Dearborn. Judy started her career as a Process Engineer at Monsanto Company. She also held engineering, marketing, and sales leadership positions at Ford Motor Company and Visteon Corporation. Judy is a member of Peer 150 and a member of the YMCA Chicago Associate Board. She currently resides in Chicago, IL with her husband, Alex.
