John Souther is the Executive Director of Digital Growth & Strategy at Carrier. Over his tenure, John has been instrumental in shaping our Digital talent transformation and building partnerships within Carrier. John’s leadership of the Digital Sales and Service (DSS) Center of Excellence has helped to create better synergies and collaboration in line with our #OneDigital strategy, while growing and enabling our Digital presence for Carrier as a company.
Since he began working at Carrier in 2019, John has been a key influencer for our global Digital strategy development and execution. Beyond that, his efforts have helped to shape our digital culture, change management, and overall transformation activities.
John has over 13 years of experience in the digital and information technology field. He joined Carrier from PwC Strategy & where he served as a Director, focusing on digital strategy, new product revenue growth, and digital global business services models.
John holds a bachelor’s degree in Government from Harvard College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
