Jim Fortner is Director of Procter and Gamble's Global Business Services, Infrastructure Services & Governance organization. His current responsibilities include delivery of IT infrastructure, application and end-user services to P&G's 135,000 employees in 80 countries around the globe, as well as Global Information Security and Business Continuity services for the $76 Billion P&G business. Jim is responsible for management of the relationship with HP, now in the 5th year of our $3 billion 10 year agreement. Jim has been an IT leader in P&G for 18 years, serving in increasing responsibilities through variety of IT infrastructure delivery and client management roles, at local, regional and global levels.
