Gail Holmberg is the former CIO at Bally Total Fitness where she drove value through the implementation of significant new business functionality including automated CRM capabilities, online sales and real time credit card processing, a new pricing engine and online nutrition advice for members. In addition she led major business change rollouts to approximately 400 clubs across the US and Canada. Her previous experience includes a divisional CIO role at a major retailer, multiple large-scale ERP implementations, leadership in the transformation to an HR shared services organization and consulting within many different industries. Gail is currently President of Blue Morpho Consulting.
