Frank is the Vice President, Strategic Outsourcing for consumer packaged goods, wholesale distribution, and computer services business units at IBM Global Services. Frank is also a core member of IBM's Global Consumer Products Leadership team and co-chairs the America's Consumer Products Group Industry Leadership group.

Prior to IBM, Frank held senior management positions at Mainspring (now part of IBM), Streamline.com, and Accenture. Frank is a regular contributor to industry conferences focused on retail and consumer products and has published numerous articles on IT Strategy, e-commerce, category management, consumer marketing, and supply chain management in leading publications. He has also written a branded, bi-monthly column on e-business best practices for Progressive Grocer, the largest trade magazine in the grocery industry.

He is regularly quoted on retail and e-business issues for business publications such as The Economist, Fast Company, Business 2.0, Wall Street Journal, Business Week, The Financial Times, Ad Age and the Boston Globe; and has lectured on e-business and supply chain management at numerous business schools including Kellogg and Sloan. Frank has been recognized as One to Watch by both Ad Age and Logistics Management Magazine.
