As Navistar's Vice President and CIO, Don Sharp brings nearly 20 years of experience to Navistar and has worked with companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 50 organizations. He has worked on a wide variety of projects, from deep program management and strategic planning to large mergers and acquisitions. Don has also managed large complex organizations, including one in which he had responsibility for 1,000 people. Don previously worked with Navistar as project manager for the restatement/re-audit process. His previous experience also includes building his own business, leading a PeopleSoft Financials implementation for a Fortune 500 manufacturing firm, creating an IT strategic plan for a large insurance company, and managing the integration of a $700 million company acquired by a top technology retailer.
