Dawn Meyerriecks is the Senior Vice President, Strategic Technology & Development Operations with AOL. Her Strategic Technology team facilitates business-focused, near-term innovations for key technologies, operations and technical support functions. Her Development Operations team provides support functions for all development and technical integration groups across AOL, including the business units. Prior to AOL, Dawn worked at the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), where she was the Chief Technology Officer and technical director for the Joint Interoperability and Engineering Organization.
Dawn also served as Chief Architect for the Army Global Command and Control System. Dawn's honors include: Government Computer News Department of Defense Person of the Year for 2004; InfoWorld 2002 CTO of the year; Federal Computer Week 2000 Top 100; InfoWorld 2001 CTO of the year for the government sector and the Presidential Distinguished Service Award, November 2001.
