Mr. Kaufman joined ARAMARK in 2005. Mr. Kaufman has more than 25 years of IT management experience in a variety of industries. Before joining ARAMARK, he was Global Vice President for Supply Chain and Quality Information Technology at Schering-Plough. Prior to joining Schering-Plough, Mr. Kaufman was with PepsiCo, Inc. where his assignments included responsibility for all of PepsiCo's corporate systems as well as Pepsi's manufacturing and international systems.
