He is currently managing the implementation of several key initiatives including: the delivery of an innovative and client-focused real estate business intelligence platform called OneView, implementation of a technology vision for improvement and standardization of the Firm's infrastructure and technology operations environments around the world and the delivery of a single enterprise platform for managing the Firm's global businesses. David is highly experienced in real estate operations and finance with over 20 years of overall Industry and technology experience. He has served for 5 Years as Chief Information Officer of the Americas and has over 17 years of real estate management experience. He also has 8 years of operations and systems consulting to the real estate industry with a client list that includes many of the industry's top players including Lend Lease, Prudential, Microsoft, Bank of America, KeyCorp, Citigroup, and top REITS. He is the former Practice Leader and Senior Manager for both the Price Waterhouse Real Estate Operations and Systems Consulting Practice in the United States and Ernst & Young's US Midwest Real Estate IT Practice.
