Damon began serving the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in June of 1992 and is currently serving the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources as Chief Information Officer and is credited with the creation of DCNR’s Bureau of Information Technology. The Central office of the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources is located in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and consists of 117 State Parks, 20 Forest Districts and numerous regional and satellite offices totaling around 138 facilities across the commonwealth. During his 17 year career with the commonwealth, Damon has run the gambit of Information Technology serving as a network technician, application developer, database administrator, technical coordinator, project plannermanager and supervisor. Damon’s 20 + years of professional work experience include positions at: • PA Department of Conservation and Natural Resources • PA Department of Community Affairs • Ford New Holland Americas, (New Holland Geotech NYSE:NH) • SEI Inc. Wayne, PA (NYSE:SEIC) • US Army Reserves, Pennsylvania (79th and 99th ARCOM HQ (Army Reserve Command Headquarters)).
