With nearly 2 million members, Pacific Blue Cross is a provider of Extended Health Care and Dental coverage to residents of British Columbia and through its subsidiary, Blue Cross Life, life insurance and disability income protection. In 2003 Gartner, Inc. awarded Catherine the IT Executive of the Year Award for Midsize Enterprises. Catherine is the founding chair of both the CIO Association of Canada and its chapter CIO Vancouver and Western Chair of the Couchiching Institute of Public Affairs.
