He covers business process outsourcing services, application outsourcing and IT utility computing (including "on demand" and "software as a service"). His background is in outsourcing and enterprise application solution markets. Ben has been with Gartner for 11 years, and has a total of 23 years in IT. Prior to joining Gartner, Ben was a market analyst at Input, responsible for Input's Business Integration Program.
