BI is a business principle and an ongoing process. As the business changes, so too does BI. How do you define these? How do you align BI with corporate strategy and diverse, non-static business and IT requirements? How successful have organizations been in building such a framework? What changes does the new “Normal” require of older governance frameworks? Who should own or run BI governance and also, put it in place?
