What about culture appropriateness, so it fosters the right mindset and behaviors and the organizational structure for best execution of projects? And last but not least, the capability levels, including systems, tools, and skills to properly support delivery? And, once defined, how are you using these benchmarks to stay focused on continually improving the organization’s maturity to exploit future opportunities?
