Rob-Jan de Jong is the founder of Vongolo Consulting, a company that combines strategy and leadership developement and focuses on cultural transformtion and organizational engagement in a novel manner. Rob-Jan is a behavioral strategist who combines strategy with principles of psychology. He is also an expert on the topic of vision development as a leadership quality and writes, speaks and consults on subjects such as narcissistic leaders, how to avoid tunnel vision as a leader, challenging assumptions, future-oriented leadership, among many others. He is also the author of 'Anticipate - The Artof Leading and Looking Ahead' which has been endorsed by CEOs such as Paul Polman (Unilever) as well as noted leadership academicians such as Michael Maccoby and Jim Keen. Rob-Jan has been working with profit and non-profit organisations. He has also worked extensively with firms such as Schneider Electric, RasGas, Philips, BP, Total Oil, ING Bank, ABN AMRO Bank, and many others. Rob-Jan holds an MSc degree in Econometrics from Erasmus University, Rotterdam, the Netherlands. He divides his time between strategy consulting, leadership development and participation in several innovative companies.
